Icici Lombard Insurance - Claim not passed as quotation passed

I have the claim of my vehicle no. MH**DC**** in ICICI Lombard Insurance Company. I have obtained all cover in my policy including accessories and electronics parts also.
First, my vehicle was stolen from Trambakeshwar Nashik and then after four days vehicle was found in accidental condition at Palghar dist with accessories and electronics parts stolen. So, when I claim for that they did not pass it fully. Also, my liability of vehicle claim was not passed properly. My vehicle expenses are about ******/-. They only pass ******/- as liability and *****/- as a stolen claim. So please look into my claim and kindly help me out for my pending claim amount fast recovery.
Insurance company and showroom did everything when my vehicle garaged no. bill sign by me. They directly give it to the insurance company and the insurance company did not tell me that they have received a bill. I requested for the statement but they did not give it to me. So please help me out from getting fully insured amount to be paid.
