My Mobile was mobile theft on **/**/** and i launched my F.I.R to that nearest police station on **/**/** and on **/**/** i filled my claim to icici Lombard Interaction ID ***********.

My claim number was generated
on **-**-**** because there was trouble finding my policy document by icici Lombard customer support.i have uploaded my all the necessary documents and also sent the mobile box and accessories to the given address as per the mail respectively.
Now the problem is the imei no. of lost Mobile doesn't match to policy i.e, mistake in data interpretation that they feeded a wrong imei number in policy rest every detail matches to the policy document i.e invoice number, Date of purchase, mobile model, invoice amount etc.. customer support asking to contact wise apps pvt because policy was created by them. I even tried to reach wise app several times but no response within this two months duration.
My experience with the icici Lombard is worst including customer support i have made **+ calls and person who sold me the policy saying icici Lombard policy "Pushpendra" only once picked up my call saying i resigned.
As per the particular and terms of policy my policy is based on master policy issued to wise apps pvt ltd by ICICI LOMBARD.
Now the icici saying go to wise app and wise is saying go to icici Lombard
I have attached necessary documents including wise apps auto generated mail stating my correct imei number and other details.
