my mother (Sr Citizen) had purchased travel insurance from ICICI and upon claim for flight delay (delay of more than ** hrs), I was denied the claim on the grounds that there were no receipts attached. The insurance certificate/copy that we had received no where stated the need for receipts. we never received a complete copy of the insurance policy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
