Claim not given even after 2 requests Open

I have xiaomi redmi 3s prime and i opt for oneassist insurance for that device and suddenly i met with an accident and my device's touch got broken and they refused to give me the claim saying your real name is ajay kumar however you bought this claim with ajay sen.i mean how could they say that your name matters for insurance? can't i buy or sell 2nd hand devices and they closed my claim that time and 2nd time when i opt for claim they said upload any legal document saying that ajay sen and ajay kumar are the same person and i uploaded same documents as they said and they said you will soon receive a mail and oneassist voucher i waited for more thn 15 days and no mail or no document was said to my location and when i called oneassist customer care again they said mail or Upload documents to a person's personal email id started with wasim..email@example.com and no reply from their side till now instead of a promotional mail and when i called again they said your claim has been closed as it was over 30 days.
I request you to please make my device repaired ASAP from oneassist and fine them as much as possible.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
