Country Holiday Inn & Suites - CHIS fraud and extortion

I had taken membership from CHIS in March **** and after that this has been nothing but a bad experience. They didn't provide us any bookings due to Covid which was acceptable. But once everything was getting normal we decided to approach them to book a vacation. Firstly, CHIS never responds to emails on time, we would have to follow up on the same thing over and over just to get a single reply. And all their responses comes after their office hours so they don't have to deal with the user's queries again. When we finally got in touch with them and asked them for available options in South, there were nothing but Goa even though their website states multiple location all around the country and abroad. They obviously had an excuse about being the victim of the pandemic. When we finalized Goa, they only gave us * options out of which * are * star hotels and their policy is to provide atleast * star property. When we finalized the only * star property that was available for * days, they told us that property is only available for * days and their are no other options as well. If we have paid for * days in a year and are only getting * days that is also not fair. But even after that when we asked them to only book for * days, they started asking us for additional money as a part of mandatory breakfast policy from the resort. I knew something was fishy so I directly contacted the resort and checked if they have mandatory breakfast policy and they told us that the breakfast is complimentary and already included in their most basic tariff plans as well. When I asked CHIS about the same they started giving me some discount on the breakfast charges they were asking for. When I started asking them for an explanation on my should I pay for something which is part of the tariff they started dodging me and after following up for days I got an email saying that this is the best price they can offer and they are closing this matter from their end. Now this is clearly not acceptable, as someone who has paid lakhs for the membership, this is clearly not the way I want to be treated and I deserve to know for what am I paying for. I asked them to either give me an explanation or refund my money and they haven't responded to me since. No one picks up the calls on the given numbers and no one responds to the emails. This is clearly a case of fraud and money extortion where if I don't give them the money they are asking for, they would not provide me any sort of service and my hard earned membership amount will also go in the drain. I request you to please take up this matter and assist me in getting my refund as I am not willing to be a part of this fraud company any more.
