Lovish kamboj filed complaint against OYO on Jun 26, 2022
I booked an OYO Townhouse and went to oyo through maps and when I arrived and called them to assist me with the parking as there was no parking available so I called them but there was no response at all and when after calling them endlessly one woman answered my call and when I told her the issue that I want the property’s manager contact number so that I can call him to assist me with the parking she cut the call immediately and when I went in oyo by parking car after finding it myself and had a harsh word on the manager to improve the services he straightly denied us giving room and said that the min age requirement of the girl should be ** or else she had to have her parent’s with her to go to the room and said that these are the new guidelines that we must follow and lied to me cause if he denied it cause of being rude I would have shove up his a** at the earliest so he decided to say this to cover up.
Really pathetic experience with oyo not for the first time.
Once I was denied check in and said that I won’t allow you to come at this price and he said that call oyo and have a word with them and guess what oyo never answers your calls at these times and support is also really pathetic so I had to pay around more the double the about to get the room.
These goons just take advantage of the couples and we also were short of time and wanted to have some fun but these scamsters won’t allow us this privilege due to their cunning mind.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
