We have booked * rooms in Hotel Forest View - Patnitop for a stay from **th June'** to **th June'** (*-night stay). Booking details are as follows:
a) JGEP****
b) NFHG****
c) MURE****
At the time of check-in, the hotel denied to give us room citing no tie-up with OYO for last * months (as the reason). We called almost *-* times OYO customer care same day and every time after waiting for **-** mins in each call, I was asked to wait for the response from OYO team on this matter (no senior representative even joined the line after waiting for **-** mins on call).

We have not received any single response/help from OYO team and we waited for almost *-* hrs outside the hotel just for the confirmation. At last, we made our own arrangement at our cost (higher cost and wastage of time in such a short trip). We paid in full to OYO months back for the hotel booking and at last no responsibility and professionalism was shown from OYO. If there was no tie-up with the hotel, why OYO never informed us in advance. Why no immediate action or help is provided to the customer in such cases.
As a customer's view, it's a case of fraud and cheating where I paid fully in advance after selecting a hotel as per my choice and there was no tie-up of OYO with that hotel. The way OYO responded to this issue is totally unprofessional and inhumane.
