- Cheating regarding rooms pics presented on website Open
I booked a room with Mukut Regency through Oyo customer care and upon payment of cash on the counter, I was allotted a room whose walls were waterlogged leading to foul smell all around. My *-year-old kid and husband were also very uncomfortable. Upon complaint, to the manager, his erratic and rude behaviour was not at all justified. Instead of resolving the issue he misbehaved over the phone and allotted the same type of room (room no.***, present status can be checked). We stayed overnight anyhow. Even the food wasn't up to mark. Kindly look into the matter so as to avoid any inconvenience to the ones who prefer this hotel considering the pics present on the website. If my query remains unattended/unresolved, I will escalate the matter to higher authorities. Hope for a positive response & a strict action against the hotel & its serving authorities.
