Jio Fiber Reliance Jio - Cheating on Jio Fiber installation

I will like to get an explanation of cheating us on jio fiber installation.
Jio sales team is cheating customers my taking payments from customer stating that will install Jio fiber and later they are refunding amount telling that we can’t install because the slots are available in next street and we cannot give connection in this street. But sales person confirmed that ,it will be installed. Sale person are wanting showings their target and refunding the amount. Dear Customer, unfortunately Order no.
