Hathway broadband and internet hyderabad - Cheating Customers

Took this connection in may mid **** and the *st week was good but later i had frequent disconnections and when i approached their customer service, all they do is raise a TT, once they do theyll say they will send a techie and he will be fixing but no one comes and the TT gets closed without addressing your issue, reached them on twitter and they use BOTS to reply our tweets, also if you call the CS and when they raise TT, you call them back, the IVR just mentions the TT has been raised so have patience and it disconnects the call, the speed they offer is ***mbps and they give around **mbps. all they do is promise but they never deliver, you can check there are numerous complaints but no action has been taken
