Dear sir i have booked a room in sharanpur **sep to * October**** by oyo app.....and regarding this booking they call mee and i have confirmed the booking..on call but when i have reach at hotel the hotel maneger will not permit for checked in and then i have called the coustmer care they took me on hold near * hour but no solution will bee provided the coustmer care and this Kind of same Issues will not be the first time...this type of Issue are held * to * times but no solution will be provided till now hence..i have complaint many times but no solution will be provided by the oyo soo i want too compassion by the oyo....

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
