- Cheating and fraud by cancelling return request again and again Open

I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart and it was delivered on **/**/** having ** days return policy. But the product I received was a faulty product as wash tub of the machine was leaking and door/cover was also broken. I raised the complaint and requested for a replacement. The technician also visited me on **/**/** and approved the replacement and on **/**/**. I also wrote an email to Flipkart. But on **/**/** my request was cancelled by Flipkart by saying that new machine is out of stock you please raise the request for return. I again raised a new request for return of the faulty product (within ** days from delivery date). Again technician visited me on **/**/** and approved the return and on **/**/**. I was given assurance via email that by **/**/** my problem will be resolved but this time also my request was cancelled before **th April without giving any reason.
Once again I contacted the Flipkart and they apologized for the inconvenience and asked me again to raise the return request. I do the same and on **/**/** once again Flipkart assured me that by **/**/** my issue will be resolved and my money will be refunded, but before **th April, *rd time Flipkart cancelled my request without giving any reason. Once again I followed/repeated the whole process and by showing very much regret and apologies Flipkart asked me to provide one more chance and unwillingly I agreed for the same and they assured me that this time ***% my issue will be resolved by **/**/** and I will get back my money. But alas this also my request gets cancelled for the *th time without giving any reason.

Dear Sir/Mam I very very disappointed and in problem from last * month due to such irresponsible behaviour of Flipkart.
More than * month has been passed. My family is suffering a lot and bound to wash clothes by hand. Flipkart has put a faulty product at my home and holding my money from * month. They are neither replacing or returning it nor refunding my sum of ₹ ****. I request you kindly help me and my family by refunding my money and also compensation for harassing me for more than * month. I will be highly obliged to you. Looking forward to an early positive response from your side.
