Spoke with car loan manager to close my existing car loan with no prepayment charges of ***** rupees. He asked me to take a car insurance policy with icici bank so that he could waive of the charge. After doing that went to the bank at teen hath naka and mde all balance payments and process for closure. After * week I get a call from bank that I need to pay ***** rs more. I have all proofs. Please help.
