I took car loan from icici bank. due to covid-** pandemic i lost my job. i missed * installments after moratorium. now bank representative said me that your loan in NPA. In now a days situation Supreme Court has passed guideline that " The loan which is not in NPA by **st August that loan will not go in NPA till further order. I told this to bank representative but they told me we will hear only from bank and RBI. What can i do for this.
