Dear Voxya,
On *th April **** i found out that there was a leak from under my Bosch Washing machine (E-Nr WAX*****IN/** - FD**** - *****) but due to lock down, the Bosch service center in Ernakulm ,Kerala was also not in operation so due to urgency i gave the washing machine to my Nearest repair shop ie GulfTech, Vennala(Owner - Joffy Jose) on **/**/**** and he told that the issue was with its inner drum and it should be replaced and will cost around ****Rs, and told to put an advance of ****Rs. Due to my urgency I provided him the money(****) and after * days he bought back my machine, but when it was switched on it had not even started and I noticed that the inner drum was not replaced. Then again I called the Repair shop owner whom I paid ****Rs, Mr Joffy, about why the inner drum was not replaced, for which he took the money for, he told that the issue was not with the inner drum but the spider and it was changed. After a few hours a technician came and again repaired some connections and the machine started but its Empty /Spin and Drain was not working but the heater was in working condition, I called him again and by the next day they took the washing machine again for repair. The next day when I asked about the status of the machine Mr Joffy told me that it was not working due to the complaint of the door lock of the machine and it should be replaced. After a few days again i asked about the status and he told me that it is the issue of the PC Board not the door lock, and it will take time as it should come from palakkad, kerala. After a few days again I asked him about the status and he told me that it will take some more time as the technician from Kottayam, Kerala will take the PC board from Palakkad, Kerala and get back to Ernakulam,Kerala(Lots of Lie by mr Joffy). On **/**/**** he said that he got the New PC Board from somewhere nearby which will cost ****Rs and it will be installed and shall provide my washing machine by next day. On **/**/**** the washing machine was bought back, then i was shocked the whole washing machines function was changed, there was no option for the heater when we press the degree celcius button for heater, it will only show the number of rotation, if we press for the rotation button it will show the Door Lock symbol blinking on the display panel. If we put the Knob to **/** quick wash it will showing ** Minutes was rather than ** Minutes, if we put for cotton was it will show ** minutes rather than ** Minutes.So i told Mr joffy regarding this issue, he told that it was not their mistake, as the machine may be previously like that and the heater was not working before itself as it was burned due to the water leak from under the drum( How can it be possible as it is not even showing the heater option ie the Degree celcius), so feeling suspicious, i ask him to provide me back the PC board of my machine that was replaced by them, then they are saying that the board was not replaced, but was only repaired(lie again). I was so fed up with GulfTech(Mr Joffy Jose), they cause a lot of mental agony and torture and result in lose of my money as well as my machine.
I think I was cheated and my machine was damaged and manipulated by GulfTech, Vennala(Joffy Jose-Owner). I think they don't know how to repair a front load Bosch washing machine.
Due to their mishap I got my Bosch washing machine Damaged / Manipulated. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Also kindly provide me a compensation from Gulftech(Mr Joffy Jose)for the Money Lost(****), Mental stress and agony faced by me as well as my family in these days because of their lack of repairing knowledge and un-professionalism.
