I am running a Loan Agency named "ZustLoan". I got cheated from a company named FixLead. Once I saw an advertisement on Facebook, in that Ad they were promising to generate leads. So, I filled-up the enquiry form and thereafter I got a call from Mr. Nitin (Mob No. ***** *****) who promised to generate and deliver ** fix leads for my Loan Agency against the amount of ****/-. I made a payment for an amount of Rs. ****/- on August **, **** from my HDFC Bank Account using PayTm Wallet. After that I got a call from Ms. Rubi (Customer Relationship Manager, Fixleads) (Mob No: **********) and a mail as well, she assured me to generate leads for my Loan Agency and deliver the leads within seven days, but they failed to do so. After several conversations with Mr. Nitin and Ms. Rubi they made a false commitment that it will take a few more days to deliver the leads. After sometime, Ms. Rubi did not pick up my phone calls and did not reply to my messages on WhatsApp. Thereafter, I got a call on September *, **** from Ms. Bhavna (Mob No: **********) and she also assured me that they will deliver the leads within two more days. As of now, they failed to do so as well. Then, I wrote a letter to the FixLead Team to return my money, but yet to receive any reply or even acknowledgement.
