This is to inform you that we have been cheated and misguided by Goibibo app company. I have Goibibo mobile app with my number ******xxxxx. On **/*/** I have booked * flight tickets from Vijayawada to Bangalore for **/*/**. Rs.***** debited from my SBI Net Banking. Received confirmation in Goibibo app PNR-ZCHZVW
Spice jet SG-**** ** May ** from Bangalore **:** am to Vijayawada **:** am.

The only contact no provided in the website Toll number ************* and chatting through Goibibo app. There isn’t any direct number to contact immediately, no email id to send emails, only they can send email to us. But we can't send the email.
We have contacted Goibibo through chat on **/*/** evening to reschedule flight from **/*/** to **/*/**. After ** mins they have contacted us back with flight timings at **:** am on **/*/** and we agreed to it. The difference amount which we paid Rs. **** debited from my SBI Net banking. We received confirmation tickets on Goibibo app.

So we have reached the Bangalore Airport at *:** am shown the tickets in the app. The Spice jet employee said there was no flight at **.** am.
Then we tried to contact Goibibo as there was false information provided to us. There is no direct contact number to contact Goibibo customer services to raise a complaint. There was a Toll Number provided in the website which doesn’t take us to the customer care the call goes straight to IVR.
Spice jet authority told us they have given information to Goibibo agent about the flight reschedule on ** May ** at *:** am which was not passed on to us. As we have provided all our information in the Goibibo app. I have registered my direct number and email XXXXXX@yahoo.com with Goibibo, but we have not received any email notification that the flight was rescheduled.
Because of the false information, we have to rebook flight tickets immediately for **:** flight on same day price, for * people paid Rs.***** through SBI debit card. We have struggled a lot due to improper and false information provided by Goibibo.
Rebooked flight: Spice jet Flight no-SG **** at **:**. On **/*/** we have contacted Goibibo at * pm explaining all the misguided information so asking for a refund. After ** mins they have contacted us the agent name - Sanju ************ at *:** pm, as explaining all the issue. He said will come back again after ** mins with an email to us where we can explain the issue but we have not received any email until today from Goibibo. Then received a call from their team manager at *:** pm saying that he will discuss with higher authority about our refund. Till today **/*/** we have not received any calls or any email from Goibibo. I have all the screenshots proving that we have tried to contact Goibibo multiple times.
