Jeyalaximi filed complaint against Red Bus on May 18, 2019
I have booked * tickets from Chandigarh to Manali in Indo Canadian Mercedes Benz bus thro redBus on **.**.****, **.**. I have waited more than *.** hours at the Indo Canadian company office. At last only ordinary bus came to office. I have asked to board to the bus. But I asked questions to the company concerned person, he was not interested to hear my words. I was mentally upset. He simply told me "you have booked through online. So you asked through online only".
RedBus didn't give proper intimation and didn't give the extra amount which was deducted for Mercedes Benz bus. I was cheated by both redBus and Indo Canadian transport. I have all the photocopies including ordinary bus all details. My ticket no is TN*R********.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
