Ola Cab - Charging the wrong extra amount

I booked Ola cab from Redfox East Delhi to Kalkaji, Delhi, booking amount was *** INR but when ride was completed, it shown *** to pay cash. When I checked bill detail nothing was mentioned except tax and total amount. When I complained against this charge, they refunded *** extra charge amount.
Same day it was happened again but this time driver charged extra money by showing the fake bill of ***₹. However, actual bill was of just ***₹. When I complained in Ola support, the gave again a coupon of *** ₹. So In this way, I was charged ***₹ extra in cash and got coupon for that which was not required at all. In this case, ***₹ doesn't matters a lot but the way they are charging is wrong.
