I have booked a ready to move in *bhk apartment in sobha dream acers ,bangalore * days back.
The Gst they are charging on base price is **% while it should be *% after april ****
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
