Hi,
I had done a booking with Sobha Dream Acres: On Mon, Aug **, ****, **:** Sobha Dream Series <bookingform.sobha@gmail.com : Mr Sridhar : sridhar.s@sobha.com and Ms Juliet juliet.noronha@sobha.com spoke to to me over call and coordinated in this booking and I paid Rs. ******/* lakh through card payment.
As I newly came to Bangalore and was looking for a house and the Sobha representatives assured me that I can get refund in case I change my mind. But next day only when I got news about our salaries will be put on Hold due to Corona-Covid,I was realy shocked and called as well as visited Sobha office raising cancellation.
I raised the cancellation within ** hrs, Neither I applied any loan ,nor any agreement documentation initiated. Still its more than * months I am struggling to get my refund.
As COVID has impacted startup-IT severly , even at my job we are struggling to get projects and since last *-* months I am not even getting my salary.
Why Sobha is not refunding my money back?
Is this the way the builder should do false promise ,persuade and loot money?
I shared all my NEFT details/cancelled cheque to Ms Juliet and Mr. Sridhar, , still no confirmation on refund.
I am really in financial crisis now and need my booking amount back asap !!
