I have booked a house in Sobha dream acres on September * , **** worth * Lakh Rs and while booking they told us in any case if you cancel within ** days you will get the amount refunded.
We cancelled within ** days because of financial crisis .
It's been around * months , we have been contacting the admin team, the accounts teams but still the amount is not yet refunded.
Can you please help us or suggest us any solutions to get our refunds.
