Hello there,
I applied for SBI card and the application no. is : ************* .
Due to current situation my card is stuck with courier service and i didn't even activate it till now but today i got sms to pay amount of *** for the card.
• First of all the bank employee told me that first I'll get the card and once i activate it only then it'll work but what kind of service is this that you're charging customer for the card even without activating it.
• Secondary how am i able to pay the card fee if i don't even have the care number ?
So i couldn't pay for the card and after receiving the card on ** May **** i checked the details and the total sum has been increased to **** Rupees to pay, i lodged many complaints to your Twitter helpline and email support, but no response till now. Even the branch support is not beneficial till now.
So please look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
