Sbi Cards & Payments Service Private Limited - Interest Charges Erroneously Charged
Rameshwar Sridharan filed complaint against Sbi Cards & Payments Service Private Limited on Oct 31, 2023
Last month in the Septmeber statement they levied interest charges on my card for ****.** plus GST even though I made the full payment and remaining amount converted to EMI. They reversed the charges after I escalated to RBI.
Now for this month Oct **** statement they have once again charged interest charges of Rs.***.** plus GST even though I have made the full payment of ***** well within the due date.
Customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
