I went through your email. If my decision to close account with you is a really matter of deep concern to you then please note the below points as my reasons for not continuing present Card. *. Why Should I pay for the transaction which was not done my me? (I bond to pay only outstanding charges/amount which was done by me.) *. However, If you think that transaction has been done by me then could you please provide me details of the merchant and EMI paid by your bank? (I have requested repeatedly to your bank to provide a complete details of merchant and transaction detailed where EMI had been paid. But till date I have not received any update from your (Bank) end. (transaction reference number : dated: **-Jan-****, Amt : Rs. ****) *.* For above transaction bank has debited EMI for Rs. ***.** in month of Jan-**** and Feb-****, Can I have refund for the same? *.* However, As I drown bank attention on this particular transaction and requested to stop the EMI and refund for the same, However, EMI was discontinued but now, why bank has charged the full amount in bill? (still dispute remained open and not closed yet) (transaction reference number : dated: ** Feb-****, Amt : Rs. ****.** and Rs. **.**) *. Since I have not visited Mumbai, I can see that some cash transaction was done in Mumbai. Could you provide me details? (transaction reference number : dated: **-Dec-****, Amt : *** INR) *. There are some dispute on booked EMI which is not matching with actual transaction. (transaction reference number : dated: **-Jan-****, Amt : **** INR) As per statement EMI was booked on amount Rs. **** which transaction was canceled, please elaborate! Since I have above queries and contacted many times to your customer care and requested to fix my issues (via telephonic and email) , Also visited your branch office in Ahmedabad (dated : **-Jun-****) but till date my queries are neither getting resolved nor received any satisfactory response . Therefore, I have not paid outstanding bills for month of April-****, May-**** and Jun-****. I clearly stated to customer care (via telephonic and email dated: **-Apr-****) that I will not pay any bill until my queries get resolved but bank still applied interest with each month without resolving my queries. Here, Could you please elaborate that why should I pay extra charges without resolving my issues? However I have paid Rs. ***** (Rs. **** dated: **-Jun-**** and ***** dated :**-Jun-****). Moreover, I have not received any call from your end since, my cell phone is in network and active **X*. As you stated that you assure certainly and you shall look into my concern with utmost attention and you will try at your level best and aiming to your company policies to solve customer issues at the earliest if any.
