RACHANA filed complaint against Ola Cabs on May 19, 2019
I have been charged * times (Rs.****/-) than that of the estimated ride fare (Rs. ***). The fare shown to me was of Rs.*** during the booking. I have been charged Rs. ****/- which is nearly thrice of the estimated fare. I had taken rides to the same area in the last ** days wherein the fare was within Rs. ***/-. An outstation ride fare (Rs. **** for a distance of ** - ** km ) is lesser than what I am charged for a distance of **-** km.
A fare at unusual timings when the availability of cabs is lesser ( early mornings/late nights) which costs between Rs. *** - Rs. **** Keeping in mind the distance, time of booking, traffic compared to all other rides of equivalent distance or higher distance. I have been charged thrice of the actual fare.
