I have booked airindia express ticket from happy easy go at Rs. **** and cancelled the ticket before one week of the traveling date and airindia express reversed Rs **** to happyeasygo after charging their cancellation charge as the flight operator. But this fraudulent company is ready to refund only Rs **** by holding almost Rs **** as cancellation charges. Is it legal in India to charge like almost the double of the ailine cancellation fee by this online ticketing cheating mafias.? I have been using many ticketing sites of Indian and international origin since past ** years, but never faced this kind of people.
