I booked a ride from New Delhi railway station to Defence empire, Tilpata village, U.P. on Friday **.**.** around **:** p.m.
*. I booked ola because it is showing fare lesser than uber that was around ***/-.
*. I booked only when I have seen the fare that was Rs. ***/- and then after booking it is showing Rs *.
*. I choose my UPI app for the transaction that is also inactive for this ride.
While booking it is showing Rs. ***/- and after the ride, I paid Rs. ****/- in cash. After complain they message me that it is due to the high demand of ride plus they informed that fare will be higher but nothing happened like that. I have also booked the ride after the match in Mohali around **:** a.m. around * months ago with uber they have also charged more almost doubled that make sense. But in my case, there is no such event going on near Delhi Railway station plus the fare was more than three times. It's really intolerable. Thank you in advance for resolving my problem.
