We had ordered a bouquet and a cake for our parents house warming . These people had charged us with Rs **** and ensured that the delivery will happen as per the schedule. We even received a confirmation email in regards to our order with order number ****** and consequently in the order tracking that it has been delivered. However after confirming with our parents we got to know that the package hasn’t been delivered. We tried reaching their customer support team on calls, emails, social handles and chat support but failed to receive any response from this fake company.
I would like to raise a complaint against this company, as they are playing with trust of the consumers who are ordering from the website for important occasions like ours. Not only they are stealing your money unscrupulously but they also give you fake confirmation about the delivery. After looking at similar complaints online I can see that its going on repetitively without any action being taken by authorities to stop this from happening with others online.
I am asking the company to immediately refund my order money and I won’t suggest anyone to order from this website and urge the authorities to take action against this open scam happening online.
