My travel date was **th March ****. Flight *.** AM Mumbai to Mangalore. I was issued a Boarding Pass and checked in my luggage. Charged Extra for Luggage. But when I went to the Boarding Gate, they refused Boarding as they said they had closed the Gate.
They have closed the Gate much earlier than the said time. As per them the gate closes, ** Minutes before, but I was there ** minutes before, and they still refused to open the gate and they behaved unprofessionally
