We have purchased clothes for more than **** rupees from D Mart Zirakpur and the store in charge charged Rs. * for the carry bag from me. When I contacted S. Aman Singh to solve the problem he refused to exempt the amount of the carry bag and charged it. They have no values of the supreme court judgement. Every time they still charge extra for the carry bags and do their publicity by printing the company name on it from the customer end. The Gov. should take strict action against them.
