Airtel Digital Tv
- Channels are not coming and deducting my balance daily Closed
I have changed the package online on **st Jan '** as per TRAI guideline. But from *st Feb. onward no channel is coming on my TV. I called their customer support number on *nd Feb and they said they are encountering some technical issue. Again *rd Feb twice and they said some illogical stuff and finally said that package will be activated within ** hrs. But still (today is *th Feb.) the package is not activated. On calling the customer support, they replied, there is some technical going on and they cut my call. Now, my question is if they are facing technical issue then should I suffer? They are deducting my balance daily from my TV account.
So, I earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.
