Dear sir my airtel digital tv account is merged at * December **** in customer id ********** form customer I'd ********** but total balance is available of Rs ***** on customer I'd ********** . But total balance is transferred Rs *****. means Rs **** is not transferred on customer I'd ********** please help me Thank you
