I have a Airtel Digital TV connection. My TV went out of order since August ****. I have been planning to buy a new one but due to various financial and personal issues, I am failing to do so. Since August I have been receiving calls from Airtel Digital TV agents who keep threatening me for connection cancellation. The way of their talking is very derogatory and rude. Today( *th Feb **** *:** pm) I received a call from +************ who not only threatened me like a mafia but also used abusive words. I am currently facing a lot of health and personal issues, amid this receiving such calls is very disheartening. I need an official apology from Airtel Digital TV and also assurance that this behavior shall not be repeated again with any of the customers.
