I booked a ticket on *th Oct via yatra.com app,
Due to wrong journey time i cancelled ticket on same day.
The yatra showed it is intiated from their side and amount will be refunded in **hrs.
Its been a month now but the refund amount has not been yet refunded back.
Tried cust. care but all are bots, there is no human support.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
