Bikash Mukherjee filed complaint against HAPPYEASY GO on Jul 9, 2020
Dear Team
I booked flight ticket from HappyEasy Go on Jan'** before lock down from LKO-CCU and back but while lockdown my flight was cancelled by the airline company and as per the written statement (attached with this complaint) by the airline the amount was refunded to my agent's account and I have to claim from them.
But the scenario is my agent i.e. Happyeasygo is not refunding my money, simply asking for dates ant time. Now since it is * months I am depressed for my money, because my company haven't paid me salary... .. i'm asking for every penny from others.
kindly help me in this regards.
