I booked a ticket from BLR to DED & DED to BLR and back in July ****. Due to floods in Himachal/Uttrakhand, I canceled my plans and requested a refund.
When I initially discussed this with the airline, they agreed to refund the full amount. However, the refund was not processed, and I forgot about it. After * months I asked them for refund and After chasing them for next six months, they informed me that a cancellation penalty would be charged, and only **** INR would be refunded.
Now, after another six months of chasing them, they still haven't refunded the amount. Every time I contact them, I receive the same response: "Please be informed that the case has already been escalated to the higher team; however, it is taking more time than expected."
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
