I have booked two tickets which I have cancelled later and the refund amount is around **k and *k for both the tickets. I have contacted the airlines and they confirmed to have processed the refund to the third party which happens to be happyeasy go, but I haven't received the amount and it has been around ** days. Happyeasy go is not even responding to my mails or calls.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
