Gomechanic Car Service App - Car Service Complaint

there was an issue in my Honda Civic RPM flactuate at the time of traffic jam or idle time. I have discussed the problem with Go mechanic and they assured me to solve the problem. Then they book my appointment with Nirvar Garage Plot no ** Pace city * Sector ** Gurugram. Mechanic advised me to change two sensors and catalytic convertor. But after changig these problem increased and in every two to three kilometers car engine stopeed. After raising complaints to gomechanic they told me to contact within **hours. But after three days, there is no call back.
