I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent services I received from GoMechanic. Customer service is dreadful and terrifying. I had opted for a basic car inspection and scanning, but my car was delivered with new issues and errors that had not been present prior to the service. As a result, my vehicle is intermittently breaking down, which is inconvenient. I'm sorry for the services rendered by "your so-called knowledgeable staff." I demand a refund and will never recommend your company to others.
Furthermore, your in-charge advisor is not returning my calls. I strongly urge you to be tough on these amateurs.
