Hello,
I had ordered Tyre in Go Mechanic on **/**/**** having order I'd *****************.
However,the order was cancelled due to non-availability of tyre.
But,it has been more than ** days but amount is not refunded yet
When I tried to call to the customer care they just escalate the issue.
The Escalation manager will never lift the call.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
