Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited - Car insurance rejected
Battu Sridevi filed complaint against Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited on May 29, 2019
My Honda Jazz car engine got damaged due to oil sump breakage and engine oil leakage from it. This was due to an external impact on the oil sump caused by some stones on bad roads near Gachi Bowli on *th, March **** around * pm.
The car was towed to Metro Honda service centre on Medchal highway and claimed insurance and the engine damage was also covered in it. They inspected * times in these * months in spite of constant reminders from us.
Finally, they rejected saying that its due to a mechanical issue which is against the statement given by the service centre regarding the damage.
So, I want to file the case against Royal Sundaram Insurance company for the claim and the mental tension caused during these * months.
