**/*/** SELF , DEBORSHI DAS,ADMITTED TO NEOTIA HOSPITAL USING CASHLESS ROYAL SUNDARAM MEDICAL CARD AFTER DUE TO SLIP AND TRIP AND INJURY TO SIDE RIBS. AFTER * DAYS DURING DISCHARGE ROYAL SUNDARAM's cust care SAID THEY ARE TAKING TIME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT TO HOSPITAL DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE AND ASKED ME TO SELF PAY AND TAKE DISCHARGE AND AFTER WARDS I CAN SEND THEM ALL DOCUMENTS AND CAN REIMBURSE MY CLAIM WHICH I DID. TILL NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY AND NO FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE. I DID THIS MEDICAL POLICY FOR MY WIFE MYSELF AND DAUGHTER. THEY ARE DOING FRAUD WITH ME .
