I've purchased Hyundai Grandi** vehicle in the year of **** January in SPS Hyundai Thiruvallur, India. In total, my car has run **k Km's in the last *.* years. Also, SPS Hyundai gave a commitment of * years engine warranty or * Lakh km but the issue has come in **k km itself.
Last month on **th April **** I've given the car for paid general service in Hyundai Motor Plaza Ekkatuthangal, Chennai. When I left my car for service it was in proper working condition but after service car has severe starting trouble issue Black smoke, vehicle engine gets off in running condition. Supervisor Sowrirajan said when I took the car back there is some issue in the engine on **th April **** also he estimated bill around *.* Lakhs.
My concern is the last three services I did in Hyundai Motor Plaza Ekkatuthangal, Chennai, Also I've informed regarding engine noise in the last service which was on July **** that time also they did not diagnose the engine properly. Also, I wanted to know what kind of necessary steps they have taken for engine noise.
Once my engine warranty got over in Jan ****, HMP is informing about the engine problem. This is highly unacceptable and very big disappointment which I never ever expected from the third largest vehicle manufacturer in the world brand called Hyundai.
Questions to Hyundai
*) Do Hyundai engines don't even have the capability to run for * Lakh km?
*) When I raise this concern to Hyundai team they are not trying to help the customer. Instead, they are blaming on fuel stations, the trust which I had on Hyundai I lost now?
*) What do you guys do on a paid service? ( A person named Karthik from HMP Ekkatuthangal what he said is in general service they will do only the Oil change, Oil filter change, AC filter change, Air filter change, brake check, and water wash it seems) for this why should I come to an authorized service centre?
