I have booked * consignments from Mumbai to palakkad (Kerala) on **th may ****, under the commitment of it getting delivered in * days. I booked my car under consignment no. GCMUM********* and a keyboard under consignment no. GCMUM*********. While the online tracking says that both the items reached Coimbatore on *st jun and **st may respectively, the person in charge there says that the he will try to deliver the keyboard in couple of days, but says that the car has not reached Coimbatore yet. They are not able to locate that also. The customer care executives do not know anything. They even gave the number of a manager who has left the company a month back!! I am supposed to relocate to another place and due to this inordinate delay is holding me back.
While booking they said that their services are not impacted by the pandemic. But now they are giving the reason that because of pandemic this delay
While this delay has disturbed my plans beyond reversal, I am also now afraid of losing my items as they are not able to locate the car
