Goibibo and Irctc - Cancelled train fares due to COVID19 are not refunded more than 5 days

Hi Team,

Below train gots cancelled due to COVID-** and also got message from IRCTC that they have refunded the ticket fare to GOIBIBO, but I have got the money yet to my bank account.

Could you say why it is taking so much time? it is more than * days but there is no response from your side.

Below are the details,
