Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited - Cancelled the plan and no action taken till date

I was sold a plan and in about couple of months I moving from india and felt this won't be needed and we are in need of every penny cause of the expenses that have been coming up. I have cancelled the plan send about * email. spoke to rep spoke to customer service person also. no one seems to have to addressed and closed also send email to the nodel officer still no response. now they up and tell me few days ago that there is cancellation policy which no one had ever mentioned to me. I would need the amount to be credited it . I haven't use any part of the service. and still they don't respond to email there is no number to call as well. my id *******
