Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited - Refund of down payment and stoppage of ECS through IOB

The company assured a five-year holiday plan and received down payment of Rs.***** and * cheques also from me for Rs.*****/-each in a campaign at Pondicherry but now compelling for a ** years plan and made forgery by submitting one cheque as ECS mandate for a term of ** months at Rs.*****/-per month. I already crossed ** years and what will I do with a ** years plan. Requests for refund of Rs.*****/- and stoppage of ECS
