Drishan Sengupta filed complaint against Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited on Dec 23, 2021
I opted for Club Mahindra blue studio membership on ** Oct **** and made a downpayment of INR *****.
I later found out that many important terms and conditions were concealed from me and I requested for cancellation and full refund through email and sending physical cancellation application through speedpost on *nd Nov **** (which is within rescission period as per the contract and they are liable to give me full refund within ** days).
It is now past ** days and they are not processing the refund. They are delaying it on purpose and avoiding any meaningful communications. I would like to go the legal way rather than wasting time trying to speak to them.
