Had booked a Jet air flight on the *rd of Jan’**** by direct Jet airways website for BOM-KOL for **th May ‘****
Also booked another Jet air flight on the *rd of Jan’**** via GOIBIBO for KOL-BOM for **th May ‘****
I have made multiple attempts and have contacted them many times and yet have not received any refund.
The airline cancelled the flight and in spite of repeated complaints to the airline and the customer care, but the refund has not yet been processed.
